These terms govern the use of TCC Associates’ self-hosted social-publishing application, operated under the TCC Academy brand.

1. Purpose

This application is a private tool operated by TCC Associates to publish TCC Academy’s own content to our own connected social accounts. It is not offered as a service to the public.

2. Authorised use

Only authorised TCC Associates operators may use the application and the connected accounts.

3. Content

We are responsible for the content we publish and warrant that we hold the necessary rights to it, and that it complies with each destination platform’s community guidelines and terms.

4. Platform compliance

Use of the application is subject to the terms and developer policies of each connected platform (for example, TikTok). We comply with applicable disclosure requirements, including disclosures for AI-generated and commercial content.

5. No warranty

The application is provided “as is” for our internal use. We make no warranties to third parties.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page governs.
